Nowaday, most of the factory going for the semi or fully-automated production way of doing thing. Although some of the factory still using manual or semi-automated one, but they are looking for a way to upgrade it or scrap it and get a automated type. Because of this, it cause to the Automation market segment booming. When a factory getting more and more automated then market demand on human labour getting lesser, on the other hand a lot of people losing their job and causing a lot of social problem.

Is that really will keep on causing a lot problems or it will only bring advantages to people......what do you think?

Sincerely,
BS Loh

This is a so 70s/80s question...

In the old days, there wasn't the volume, quality and variation that we have today. In the old days, we didn't have any OSHA / DOSH to deal with either. Those days are long gone...

So it's automate or die!

However, I don't see the market levels that you are talking about. I find the average home has more automation than a typical factory, don't count the multi-nationals...

thanks.

Generally, the cons weigh the pros.
After all, it is the unchanged trend.
To a person, it is advantagous.
To a country, or a nation, even the world, it is not so simple.
It will cause human's laziness at least.

Firstly test automation is a great idea if you are running a set oftests repeatedly. And another major advantage of automation is that testing canbe performed simultaneously on different machines, where as manual testing hasto be done sequentially. So it can be highly time-saving. On the other hand, automating tests can be expensive. But since this is just a one-timeexpenditure it may prove helpful in the long run. Secondly, automating visualreferences is not possible. On the whole test automation, in my opinion, isbeneficial. And www.embedded360.com would be the right choice if you decide togo in for automation. They provide efficient solutions and ensure optimum ROI.
