So in my electronics program at school, we have an Allen Bradley SLC 500. I've been tinkering around with it in my own time and I made a simple fan control system. It uses a thermistor to bias a transistor which runs to a comparator. The output of the comparator is the input to the PLC, which is used as a delay between when the comparator goes high and the fan turns on. This removes relay chatter. I'm going to see if i can post the video in this post. Forgive me if I get this wrong.
