Fluke Reliability Acquires AI-powered Vibration Analytics and Remote Condition Monitoring Solution

Fluke Reliability, a wholly owned subsidiary of Fortive Corporation, has confirmed the acquisition of Azima DLI, renowned for its subscription-based remote condition monitoring and AI-powered vibration analytics software. This acquisition will bolster Fluke's commitment to transforming predictive maintenance with AI and SaaS technology. Azima DLI's solution empowers industrial businesses to enhance their asset uptime and optimize operations, leading to revenue maximization.

Azima DLI's Watchman 360 vibration analytics platform, developed over three decades, offers advanced automated diagnostic capabilities, predicting specific faults, time-to-failure, and corrective measures. The platform's automated analysis covers nearly 93% of machine tests, aiding industrial teams in prioritizing amidst the prevailing skills shortage.

Also included in the acquisition are Azima DLI's remote condition monitoring services. Azima DLI experts perform intricate vibration analysis, producing maintenance reports that improve operations and reduce costs, especially for teams with limited expertise or personnel.

Fluke Reliability President, Ankush Malhotra, praised the acquisition, stating that the deal will enhance Fluke's support for businesses in their predictive maintenance and connected reliability journey. The cutting-edge vibration diagnostic capabilities will revolutionize operations, optimize productivity, and enable data-driven decision-making, he added.

Azima DLI's VP of Engineering, Joe Van Dyke, expressed pride in their pioneering vibration analytics and remote condition monitoring platform, showing excitement about its enhanced reach under the banner of Fluke Reliability.

Since its inception in 1966 as DLI Engineering and subsequent acquisitions by Azima in 2008 and SymphonyAI in 2019, Azima DLI has been the industry-leading provider of scalable, hosted condition monitoring services, consistently delivering peak reliability, availability, and uptime.
