CARLO GAVAZZI LAUNCHES THE PD30 FAMILY: THE LATEST GENERATION OF PHOTOELECTRIC SENSORS

Carlo Gavazzi Automation, the international electronics Group with activities in the design, manufacturing and marketing of electronic equipment, welcomes the PD30 family, a cutting edge range of photoelectric sensors.

Developed by Carlo Gavazzi’s competence centre in Denmark, the PD30 devices assure a diffuse 1-meter detecting distance as well as a 6-meter retro-reflective and polarized retro-reflective detective distance.

These tiny sensors can be programmed in order to change sensing functions, including a dust alarm output for dirty lenses, a full mute function for disconnected sensors and mutual interference, a half mute function for sensing performance control, tamper proof settings and many more utility features.

“Thanks to the PD30 sensors, the world smallest Teach provided photoelectric devices, we expect to increase our market share in textile, food & beverage, packaging and entrance control industries.” – asserts Torben Rochat, International Product Manager in Carlo Gavazzi – “Innovation and quality: this is our commitment, in order to continue providing our customers with innovative photoelectric sensing solutions.”
